The Woz guide to setting up Mercury for use without Pegasus

Last update 24th January 2003 (not much going on at work).

This guide is intended to show new users of Mercury how I set up the system to work on a small LAN with 5 PC's running Windows and Outlook / Outlook Express. It isn't a definitive guide and there may be better ways of configuring the system but this works fine for us and is reliable. It should get you at least going with Mercury

For people who are as keen as mustard on Pegasus then I agree- it's a great e-mail program. Unfortunately, Micro$oft have made pretty much everyone familiar with Outlook Express so this is for them.
