Fine control can be achieved with a v-notch using a 4-20mA control signal to adjust the flow.
The valve can also be supplied with ATEX certification for use with hazardous products.
Barrel Flow Control Valve
Based on our wear resistant rotary valves, the barrel flow control valve is used for high flow outloading from silos into tankers, conveyors or open backed trucks.
The body is made from wear plate, with a wear plate barrel and a replaceable seat, close machined to the barrel. The version shown has a V-notch opening for fine control, but a rectangular on/off version is also standard.
