Louvre Valves

MID’s Louvre valves are commonly used to throttle the airflow in dust extraction or pneumatic conveying systems, or general applications where a controlled airflow is required to maintain a process condition such as the temperature within a kiln.

They can also be used to provide a ‘low headroom’ shut off to the flow of powders or can be used in applications where the lack of surrounding space prevents the use of a slide valve or knifegate valve.
