Description
The metal to metal close tolerance machined seat is ideal for powder duty as there are no elastomeric seals to wear.
As the valve opens, the plate falls away from the machined inlet before being withdrawn, ensuring smooth operation without jamming time and time again.
On closing, the plate runs very loosely in the valve, allowing product to be pushed out of the way before the plate is automatically lifted up into its final position on the metal seat.
